It just uses various parts of the episode 7 speech. Things like "I make this gift to you for what you did", "This I vow Drogo son of Bharbo", "I swear before the mother of mountains as the stars look down in witness" "who wear iron clothes" and finally "And to my son, the stallion who will mount the world, I will also pledge a gift."
