So the Starks have warging to varying degrees all the way up to Bran's superwarg and the Targs have fire resistance. What about the other houses? Do they have a special ability? If not then what would suit them?

ETA: Not all Targs are fire resistant, Viserys being the obvious example. And I mean fire resistant not fireproof. It's probably still not true, but "liking hot baths" is a pretty crappy superpower.

Warging isn't Stark specific.  It appears to be more a thing for those with First Men blood.

Also, Targaryens aren't fire resistant.

Granny: Do Targaryens become immune to fire once they "bond" to their dragons?
GRRM: Granny, thanks for asking that. It gives me a chance to clear up a common misconception. TARGARYENS ARE NOT IMMUNE TO FIRE! The birth of Dany's dragons was unique, magical, wonderous, a miracle. She is called The Unburnt because she walked into the flames and lived. But her brother sure as hell wasn't immune to that molten gold.

Targs can ride dragons

I would presume that any house with a good deal of First Men blood and an animal sigil may be (or might in the past have been) capable of warging that animal: Ryswells and Brackens could be horse wargs, Blackwoods could be raven wargs. Mormonts and bears. Don't forget the Farwynds, who are reputed to be seal wargs.

The Umbers are connected with giants; they may have giant blood and therefore have the special ability of being large. The Bolton's flaying history has been speculated to be connected with being skinchanging wanna-be's, unless it really works. The crannogmen supposedly learned a lot from the CotF back when the Andals were trying and failing to invade the north; thus all the stuff Meera claims she can do (breathe mud, change earth to water and vice-versa) may be widespread.

Let's see. We don't know much about the Reach, so we don't know if the Gardeners (and maybe Tyrells) claimed special plant fertility powers. The Florents have never claimed to have superior hearing AFAIK, even though they have big ears. The Dondarrion's enemies were struck down by lightning, without hurting the Dondarrions, so I suppose they are abnormally non-conductive.

The Velaryons have turned out a lot of admirals, but that could be simple professional custom, not genetic.

But no. Warging is not a Stark thing. Its a first men thing. There might come some Dayne wargs or Blackwood or even Bracken.
