Where was each respective host during the Battle of the Blackwater?

the flaw in all your arguments is that Guyard Morrigen who was leading Stannis vanguard was killed by Garlan which must have meant Garlan was on the north bank, why would the leader of Stannis vanguard still be on the south bank when the ships are carrying troops across the rush to the siege on the city?

...

Because he was leading the vanguard of the host that was mounted and came by horse from SE, not the landing party, which came by ship....

Surely he would lead the attack on KL as well? Quote from Davos "one voice was answered by the roar of a thousand" as he sees the host on the south bank getting ready to come across, surely that would be guyard getting ready to lead

I don't get how one can be confused about this. Tyrion sees the fighting on one side of the Blackwater, and the city on the other. There were a few hundreds who crossed the bridge north, but since Garlan never crossed the bridge himself, and we know that he killed Guyard, logic says that Guyard was not one of the few hundreds who crossed the bridge.

According to Davos' outline of the battle plan, Guyard needs to be close to the chain at first, as he will need to be crossing via the civilian ships at the rear of Stannis' fleet. The fleet burns, and so Guyard will now need to relocate to the west, to cross via the war galleys that survived. The bridge is east of where Guyard will need to be, and whoever crossed on it was not from Guyard's van, but rather the closest ones who were waiting in line to cross via the war galleys, but saw a chance to cross faster. After the wildfire Stannis' army will need to shift west to cross, as the original plan literally went up in flames.
