It's funny that I forget some characters I love but, no matter how long it's been since I last read them, not if they are from asoiaf. It doesn't matter how long since I read the books I still remember tgem, even minor ones like septon Meribald. That says something about asoiaf.

American Psycho: Patrick Bateman

That's got to be one of the most quotable book/film in the past 30 years.

I like Jon Snow, Arya, Quick Ben, Whiskeyjack, Logan Ninefingers... but those are just characters from the books I'e read recently or the list would be massive. Theres also people from Ian Bank novels I loved but can't remember their name.

Also people like Sandor Clegane, Bronn, Qhorin Halfhand ect would make it if only they featured more... hell, it doesn't matter, they're all great anyway.

I'll stick to novels and not venture off in to dramas or comic books (Hamlet & Batman/Bruce Wayne respectively) as I could be here all day...

And Then There Were None - Justice Lawrence Wargrave

Call of the Wild - Buck

Ender's Game - Ender & Valentine Wiggins

Harry Potter Series - Dumbledore, Voldemort, Hermione, Hagrid, Harry

Hunger Games - Katniss, Peeta, Haymitch

Song of Ice & Fire series - Tyrion, Jon Snow, Danerys, Arya, Davos, Sam Tarly (I'll limit it to these, but I could go on and on.)

The Stand - Stu Redman, Larry Underwood, Nick Andros, Randall Flagg, Harold Lauder, Tom Cullen

off the top of my head, subject to alteration and/or obliteration

Humbert Humbert...

Yes, great character. I really need to re-read that book one day.
