Do you think any of the Vale lords know alayne is Sansa? I think Yohn Royce might suspect it, but I don't think any of the others will. Also do y'all think Ser Shadrich (Mad mouse) knows her identity, or has any significance in Sansa's arc.
I don't see how he would recognize Sansa, but there has to be a reason GRRM put him in the vale.

There's a theory that Myranda Royce brought up "Ned Stark's bastard on the wall" so Sansa would bring up the fact that his name was Jon Snow. A random bastard girl being raised as a septa probably wouldn't know that information, but Ned Stark's wanted daughter Sansa would. So Nestor Royce might have a good idea if his daughter tells him that she knew who Jon Snow was. But that Royce is on Littlefinger's payroll so i don't know if he would do anything with the information.

Possible that she got suspicious after Sansa mentioned Jon's name, but I don't believe she brought it up in order to make her slip.

Really? I thought that bit of dialog was really contrived on her part.

LF has no friends in the Vale. Even the Royces. They would take Sansa over LF any day. They were begging Lysa to let them help Robb in the war.

They all likely know, but they are humoring Lord Baelish who is favored by the government in King's Landing.

I think the Royce's know. Yohn asks if he knows her while parlaying with LittleFinger, then Myranda makes the comment coming down the mountain. I just think most people in the Vale don't care for Cersei and wouldn't act on the crowns behalf. Similar to when Davos goes to Three Sisters they didn't clasp him in chains because the guy didn't like Cersei.

Tze has a great theory that Littlefinger is gonna be offed by the Vale lords cause they have physical custody of Sweet Robin at they end of Feast. I think they know who she is. I mean, Baelish gets a beautiful natural born daughter around the same time the gorgeous Sansa Stark goes missing from Kings Landing? AND she knew who the Lord Commander of the Night's Watch by name? That can't be a coincidence, surely? Myranda Royce is a smart and cunning one by the looks of it, she should be able to piece it together.

I doubt the Lords of the Vale have even given Alayne a second thought, she's the bastard of a man who they despise, most Lords don't give a shit bastards or smallfolk. I think Myranda Royce suspects and Mad Mouse will figure it out eventually because one is a smart girl that loves to gossip and the other is a resourceful knight that actually has some common sense. I'm hoping Sansa can count these two as allies, lord knows the poor girl needs intelligent allies that aren't out to get into her smallclothes. When Sansa disappeared the only logical place for her to hide would be the Vale because of her crazy ass aunt. then Littlefinger's bastard just happens to appear out of no where and is readily accepted into the Eyrie and just happens have the same eyes and be around the same age as Sansa. cunning people would eventually put two and two together, others will just see her as a bastard not worth their time.

I think he might've told lady waynwood, otherwise why would she've arranged a marriage between the heir to the vale and a Lowborn Lord's bastard

The more I think about this, the more I am sure that to the lords and ladies of the the Vale Alayne=Sansa Stark is probably one of the worst kept secrets.

Bronze Yohn almost certainly recognized her, perhaps he couldn't place her but he was sure he had seen her before. I also agree that Myranda Royce was fishing for information when she threw out the mention of Jon. And on top of that, she seemed completely unsurprised when Sansa gave Jon's name. And I may be mistaken about this, but didn't she also tell Sansa to be wary of LFs advances? Incredibly strange advice to give someone you'd just met IRT their supposed father.

Also don't forget that Sansa has a definitive Tully look. And the Vale has been run for the past several months by a Tully, and the Blackfish also lived there for many years before.

As has been pointed out, LF almost certainly had to hint about Sansa's true identity in order to get her a chance with Harry the Heir.

Then there's the Mad Mouse, who was explicitly looking for her, and is now there. And how many men does LF have who know? We know at least Lothar Brune does. Would all of them be able to keep quiet?

The Royces should either suspect or know. LF has to tell Lady Waynwood and Harry the Heir at some point. If they shared that information with them, we just can't tell.

The Mad Mouse might suspect, but has nothing yet.

If the Vale lords do know her real identity, then we can be sure that Littlefinger was happy for them to know it. If there was a chance of Cersei finding out that he was hiding Sansa, then LF would definitely have kept her hidden. I think we can assume that either they don't know who she is, or that LF is certain that they'll keep their mouth shut.

No, I don't think any of the lords of the Vale have a clue about "Alayne". Maybe Myranda knows something's fishy about her. But the Mad Mouse knows it for sure. It wasn't an accident him popping up and joining LF's men. And he's planning to kidnap her.

Bastardy typical names are hardly a secret or hard to remember or even guess outright, so I have no idea of why anyone would be expected to be unaware of them.

Myranda may very well have brought the matter on purpose to check her reaction, though. Her prompt and emotional response was a quite revealing to one prepared to notice.

So Nestor Royce might have a good idea if his daughter tells him that she knew who Jon Snow was. But that Royce is on Littlefinger's payroll so i don't know if he would do anything with the information.

Myranda does not strike me as someone who would only confide to her father, though.

I seem to recall it mentioned that Bronze Yohn stopped by Winterfell when he escorted Waymar to join the Night's Watch. I understood that Waymar was relatively young, so that couldn't have been too many years ago. If so, then surely the Royces would have seen all the Stark children and would have some recognition of Sansa.

Bronze Yohn double takes and asks if he knows her. At least I think it's Bronze Yohn, might be another Royce. They've had relatively close enough relations with the Starks and Tullys that they'd probably believe she was Sansa.

"Myranda gave her a shrewd little smile. “Yes, she was the very soul of wisdom, that good lady.” She shifted her seat. “Why must mules be so bony and ill-tempered? Mya does not feed them enough. A nice fat mule would be more comfortable to ride. There’s a new High Septon, did you know? Oh, and the Night’s Watch has a boy commander, some bastard son of Eddard Stark’s.”
“Jon Snow?” she blurted out, surprised.
“Snow? Yes, it would be Snow, I suppose.” "

She knows Ned Stark's bastard's first name. That would seem a bit out of place to me.

Did Yohn Royce meet Sansa in King's Landing? Where they ever in a room together or at the jousts?

I think they do and this is probably one of those ADWD/AFFC parallels that will unravel in TWOW - the Vale Lords have always known that Alayne Stone is Sansa Stark, while the Northern Lords have always known that Jeyne Poole isn't Arya Stark.
