Something that would help paint a clearer picture in the overall story would be fine.I could also be on board with a Mance POV if he ends up dying in Winterfell.I really don't want a Stannis POV. I'm not really interested in any new POVs as I think the current POVs tell the story quite well, but I'm absolutely sure that GRRM will surprise me. ambi76 Posted July 5, 2013 Share Posted July 5, 2013 I chose to interpret GRRM's no more POVs of totally new characters as exactly that, so new established character POVs are still an option IMHO.With many bitching about the lack of a Tyrell POV, maybe GRRM is going to troll us all and do a Mace POV :cool4: . Nah, actually I think Olenna is most likely for a Tyrell POV, unfortunately (she is my least favorite of the bunch and I would rather have Mace than her to be honest).The Tyrells are the only major house without a POV. I wonder why that is? GRRM said he wants them to be "mysterious" or some such bullshit. I think it made sense up to ASOS because of the Joff murder plot (but even then, does that imply that every single Tyrell did know about it?) but AFFC/ADWD is streching it (reasoning here is probably ambigous-ness of "Margaery's innocence", well, or the other shit ton of new POVs he already stuffed it with).
