Guillotine
This wonderful post from Apple Martini (http://asoiaf.wester...-what-we-found/) demonstrates that Arbor Gold wine is invariably linked to falsehoods and lies: LF even remarks upon it at one stage "serving them lies and Arbor Gold". According to fAegon's wiki article, Varys purchased the Pisswater Prince for a jug of Arbor Gold, as is remarked in the above thread. My question is, do you think this indicates that fAegon is indeed fake, either a Blackfyre or otherwise? Or is the Arbor Gold-falsehood connection merely referring to the actual falsehood of switching the baby with the Pisswater Prince?
Lady Beyond the Wall
Either would work with that connection. Just given that the swap was made with arbor gold isn't enough to illegit Aegon. If Aegon is Faegon it's a lie within a lie within a scheme.
assjfjgjsgjljljglgjfjsduar
Being one of the people who worked out the Arbor Gold connection with deception, our position is that Arbor Gold's inclusion in the story is a clue that the entire story is itself false. As in, there was no switch and Aegon is dead.
Queen Alysanne™
I believe Varys is playing (F)Aegon, I mean really, he says Aegon believes kingship is his duty, the kid is Draco Malfoy reborn in ASOIAF.
