Benjen of the Kingsguard
I was thinking maybe four or five years, as AGOT started in 298 AL and Joffrey's wedding was in 300 AL.
TheMysteriousOne
ASOIAF is over three years long so far. Daenerys I and II were in 297 and Daenerys X in ADWD was in 300.

idler
As for Arya, approximately 1 year per book. Depends on the individual story arc.
Sansa_Stark
Daenerys' story started earlier. But I believe its been around 2 and a half years for the Westeros stories.Sansa was 11 in AGOT. I believe she is still 13 now and approaching 14.
Bright Blue Eyes
Close to four.Depends on the PoV as well. Dany started way earlier than the rest, Sansa is stuck a long way in the past and Arya is furthest along. They're pretty much the same age during their last respective chapters :cool4:
