Agamemnon Posted October 10, 2013 Share Posted October 10, 2013 Honestly at this point I believe in R+J=L but I would love it if GRRM gave us all the middle finger and wrote the last 2 books to make someone else his parents, just to spite the forum.Also there is a theory out there that Mance is actually Rhaegar which I find to be hilarious. Another theory that UnCat will journey up to the Wall to save Jon, and also the A+J=T theories make me kind of angry, especially when people thing Tyrion will be one of the dragons.... more like a meal (well more of a snack) for a dragon if you ask me. And as I saw someone say in the other theory thread (I forget who, sorry) I don't really like the idea of Varys being a secret Targaryen or Blackfyre. Also that Tyrion's a secret Targ, I would hate that so, so much, but the arguments are pretty convincing for it. I wouldn't actually mind if Jaime and Cersei were Targs, because I would find it hilariously ironic if all these other Targs died in the battle, only for Tommen, a so called Usurper from the perspectives of both Targs and Baratheons on the throne, when in reality he's actually more Targaryen (at least where bloodlines are concerned) than Aegon, Jon Snow, and even Daenerys I think. That Bran only exists to reveal R+L=J (waste of a great character), the GNC because I love that somebody finally gives a flying fuck about Rickon and they might actually just be using Davos and Stannis. Why is it so hated that Jon may not be Lyanna's son? R+L=J is so accepted that any suggestion otherwise is met with fury. I hate the theory that Dany will die in childbirth. I hate the theories that Jon will knowingly enter a marriage with a relative. I hate all theories that hinge on a certain or several prophecies or visions being 100% accurate and true.
