Kind of reminds Maisie Williams, and in the books it's said that Arya looks like Lyanna.Although we probably won't have flashbacks, Bran could always see the past from the weirnet. Annara Snow Posted October 30, 2013 Share Posted October 30, 2013 If R+L=J is true, and I think it is, and if they ever cast Lyanna on the show (or some sort of a spinoff movie/miniseries about Robert's rebellion), they'll have to cast her and Rhaegar with Kit Harington's looks in mind. It was just the way it was written, go back & watch the first couple of seasons when they still wrote her sympathetically, she was good then. Of course I'm not really digging 'Dracula'.... First season Arya looked so much like Catelyn/Michelle and my husband, who has not read the books, thought the casting was really good with finding a solid, young actress who resembled her on-screen mother. Katie McGrath's features are too...soft for my vision of Lyanna, I dunno. Not sharp enough. Hard to imagine Kaya Scoledario in anything period (or pseudoperiod like GOT). I can't think of an actress who resembles an older Maisie Williams, if we're going by that measure, although I thought for a while that Julia Sawalha (Saffy from Absolutely Fabulous) looked a little bit like Maisie Williams. One thing I did notice from those headshot Season 3 character posters is that Maisie Williams and Lena Headey have the same eyes and eyebrows. Jon is supposed to look like Ned and Arya in the books, and he doesn't in the show - in the show he looks like Robb a lot. Since Kit has brown eyes, show version of Lyanna would have to have brown eyes - either that, or show Rhaegar has to have brown eyes. And one of them has to be curly haired.
