Sansa or Ayra will die, Ayra will be sent to kill littlefinger by Varys, Sansa saves littlefinger and kills Ayra before she realises it’s her sister. He was Varys' and Illyrio's backup in case the real Targaryens didn't work out. Marrying him to Dany was their way of getting rid of him and preventing someone else from co-ruling with her, but now they figure Dany is a lost cause and he is their best hope. Is Jon still alive?He's not quite dead. Or, more likely, he will come back to life, possibly through the ministrations of Melisandre after a brief time as Ghost. If he really died an argument can be made that he's no longer bound by his vows so he can become King in the North, among other things.If so, will Jon have found out his true heritage by the end of TWOW (and how)?I'm not even going to guess. From his hints, it seems George R.R. Martin himself has had a hard time deciding if the time is right. I don't know what living person might know the truth besides possibly Howland Reed. Bran interpreted Jojen's story as meaning Ashara Dayne was Jon's mother, but that does not mean this was Jojen's, much less Howland's, belief. [Edit: or was it Arya who heard a story and came to that conclusion? My memory of it is fuzzy now.] What role will Dorne play?They were going to support Dany, but Quentyn's death will reverse that. They will support Aegon if they accept his claim and don't see him as an extension of Dany. They will also play a role in the Lannisters' Faith-related downfall.What role will the Iron Islands play?I'm really at a loss as to why they have such a big role already, except that they are a fan favorite. My best guess is that at the end of the day they won't have made a huge difference, aside from the loss of Winterfell. Which mystery/theory would you most like to be solved in TWOW?Maggy's prophesy. Let's get all that over and done (death of Cercei's children and the valonqar, probably Jaime rather than Tyrion, killing her) so aDoS isn't too overloaded with important loose ends to take care of. Will any Starks be reunited in TWOW?Maybe Jon (if he counts as a Stark) and Arya. I say this mainly because of the hint in Game of Thrones that Melisandre and Arya will meet again. Jon may well be there too. Will Jaime help Stoneheart bring down the Lannisters/Freys?He won't help Stoneheart do anything. More likely he and Brienne will destroy Stoneheart. Freys, who knows? I do think Lord Walder needs to meet a particularly unpleasant fate, regardless. Lannisters, yes, I think he'll kill Cercei after she's gotten their remaining children, and maybe Brienne, killed. Anyway, I disagree with a lot of your predictions, but with regard to your list I've quoted I agree that Sansa is the most likely to live, not only through The Winds of Winter but to the end of the series. Did you hear, and take notice, of that little line in Game of Thrones when Tyrion said Sansa "may yet survive us all" or something like that? I think that was a hint, and anyway I don't see much of a future for the other Starks beyond this story. I do think that Jon, Tyrion, and Dany, if they die definitively, will not do so until the end of aDoS. I'm petty sure they are the three heads of the dragon (less sure in the case of Tyrion, but the histories published in the short story collections have proven that some people can ride dragons who have no known Targaryen blood, such a big deal was made of the special saddle that allowed Tyrion to ride a horse, he has a lifelong obsession with dragons, etc.). The Prince who was promised will be reborn amidst salt and smoke (or something like that).If so, will Jon have found out his true heritage by the end of TWOW (and how)?Not yet, and he won't until Mace Rayder admits (by way of an insanely subtle hint that will leave fans guessing an speculating until the end of time) to him that he has been Rhaegar, his father, in disguise the entire time, the epilogue of book 7. Jon doesn't actually ever realize he was the PWWP when he defeats the others.What role will Dorne play?Join up with Aegon. Try and marry Arianne to him, but for a reason I haven't fully thought up yet, he ends up with Sansa. The similarities are uncanny: both pawns of competing snakes (Varys, LF), both think their parents and siblings are all dead, both second children, both posing as low-born, dying their hair to conceal it.... my brother tells me there's another connection to point to it in the Dunk and Egg series which I'm waiting to borrow from my mother. Plus she was going to be queen at the start ("I want to be queen, it's all I've ever wanted!" - did she not say something like that early on, when Ned tries to get them out of dodge?) (Kinda hijacked this question with my theory)What role will the Iron Islands play?After Dany destroys the sons of the harpy (who isn't Hizdahr, but the Shavepate!), they show up, Victarion tries to get with her and she turns him down. He then tries and fails to bind a dragon ("A dragon is no slave!") and her children burn him to the ground. She takes his fleet and heads EAST thanks to another vision (or the same one) from Quaithe ("You must go east to go west, north to go south, up to go down, back to go left, yada, yada, yada -) and stops off in Asshai (where I believe she really grew up), before landing and absolutely destroying the II's (Euron gets excited because he sees his fleet with dragons flying above them, only to see the beats burn his land to rubble.Which mystery/theory would you most like to be solved in TWOW?CONSPIRACIES!
