Probably Mace, since the others are much too smart to want to be quite so exposed. Who will hold Winterfell by the end of TWOW? Stannis, if he survives. Hopefully not for long. I am rooting for Theon, though. What mysteries will Sam uncover in Oldtown? He will find evidence of the Faceless Men activity. Will Cersei win her trial? No Is Aegon fake? Yes Is Jon still alive? They will enable an understanding between Daenerys and the Iron Bank, saving Meereen and Daenerys both. What role will the Iron Islands play? Good question. Will Dany have reached Westeros by the end of TWOW?Yes or at least have a solid plan/timeline for when she will arrive. Will The Others have invaded Westeros by the end of TWOW?They will have taken the Wall and the NW will fall. I doubt we will have a repeat of Mance Rayder & the Wildlings vs the NW, where the NW holds the Wall. Either we will have evidence he is legit that will be disproven in ADOS or evidence will come out that he's not legit and will be proven false in ADOS. Is Jon still alive?Yes, barely alive. And he will be banished from the Wall. So when the Wall falls he won't be there and will live on the avenge his Brothers. If so, will Jon have found out his true heritage by the end of TWOW (and how)?Either her will or it will just be revealed to the reader. What role will Dorne play?They will support Aegon. And narrate clues/thoughts that prove or disprove his legitimacy. What role will the Iron Islands play?Honestly, hopefully some of the Greyjoy POVs will be dying off. What role will Arya play?Defects from the FM, maybe gets chased by FM assasins for being a defector who knows too much. Will reunite with Nymeria and her wold pack. I feel like she may be reunited with the Hound, but that last one may just be wishful thinking. What is this "controversial Sansa chapter"?GRRM says her chapters will introduce a new plot and Elio said it will make "lemoncake fans happy." So, overall, I think Sansa will do something useful/brave/impressive and it will be controversial for Sansa haters/underestimaters. I think she will probably have a sexual awakening with Randa and learn some secrets or she will escape the Vale with the Mad Mouse and meet Rickon or Jon or LS. I think in TWOW the wall and the NW will fall, and by the end of ADOS some kind of equilibrium will be restored, but at significant cost to the Starks. Who will be on the Iron Throne?Dany. But she will lose it in ADOS Who will hold Winterfell?Stannis is as good a shout as any. But he will lose it; it will be in Stark hands again by the end. I still think the Final Battle will be at Winterfel. I think if by Mel he wouldn't be preserved in ice for a time; so maybe by warg/Bran's intervention, though I'm stretching here and am probably wrong, But he's definitely alive somehow or other and I think he ultimately ascends the Iron Throne. For me the Big Picture is the presumed (by me) marriage pact between the Others and the Starks, unwittingly broken in "recent" times leading to the invasion. Is Aegon fake?No, it is possible he could be a Blackfyre but in Danys vision during the house of the undying, she see's Rhaegar naming his son Aegon and saying he is the prince that was promised and then saying there are supposed to be 3. So its likely he is the real Aegon but he needs to mature a little more and that will probably happen after he becomes a prisoner and is saved by Dany and the dragons. Is Jon still alive?Yes, he is Azor Azai, he will be brought back from the brink of death, while he is recovering, he will be warging and roaming around as Ghost, he will find the sword of Azor Azai as he is warging. If so, will Jon have found out his true heritage by the end of TWOW (and how)?I doubt Jon will learn his heritage but Bran probably learns of it and Howland Reed will most likely tell Dany or Aegon while they are pushing into Westeros. What role will Dorne play?Dorne will try to ally themselves with both Dany and Aegon but will end up caught in the middle of a initial Targaryan rift between the aunt and nephew, they will later convince Dany to rescue Aegon after he gets captured. What role will the Iron Islands play?They will probably try to ally with the Lannisters or The Boltons to attack Stannis and try to get Theon back. What role will Dorne play?They will get revenge on the Lannisters for Elia. They will sow discontent and undermine Cersei with the Sand Snakes in KL. Making it easier for Aegon to topple here. Arianne will decide to throw in with Aegon, which may end badly for both of them when Dany gets there. What role will the Iron Islands play?Depends on how long Victarion survives. Does that horn Euron gave him do him in? Is he killed in battle? In any case, I think those ships will be Dany's Navy, and help to ferry over her troops, and some more slaves from Volantis who don't stay to rules slavers bay. Euron will wage all out war in the South somewhere, unleashing chaos and distracting from the coming invasion of the Others. But I think he'll bit the dust, leaving Asha as the only remaining Greyjoy, unless Theon somehow survives. Which mystery/theory would you most like to be solved in TWOW?Tyrion's true parentage.
