Hi guys

im new here, and really enjoy ur discussions, but back to the point

this probably should be in the game of thrones section but anyways. You know at the end of s3 when Asha decides to sail to Dreadfort with 50 men, and Stannis going to the wall. Do you think at they are bringing the Deepwood Motte battle forward, so that Stannis catches her when she passes by Dragonstone.

Also if forgotten whether Stannis says this in the book, but remember it in s3e08 when he says "I saw great victory in the snow" while speaking to Davos. Do you think he meant the battle at the wall? or his possible victory in the North against the boltons by the lake?

This should probably be moved to the TV section.

But in answer to the thread, I reckon Asha/Yara is just being taken away from Pyke so she's away and comes back for the kingsmoot. It is, in my opinion, the worst fucking thing the show has done and makes no sense, both as a change and as an actual plot. And I hated not Jeyne so much, but that tops even her.

Stannis vision could be either as prophecies can be taken to be many things. I reckon it's The battle at wall. But it might even be a battle we don't know of yet.

ya sorry I should have put it in the tv section

Cause I was wondering why the hell is is going go to the Dreadfort with such a small force, it doesnt make sense. And plus when Balon dies she suddenly going abandon Theon and sail back. Thats why wanted find out from you guys is it their way of bringing her getting captured by Stannis much earlier. So ya that move really doesnt make sense

Yeah the whole idea is just awful. It's infuriating. They mmight have moved it forward, but I'm more willing to bet it's Just poor writing.

Well they already broke the travel timeline with the magical teleporting Littlefinger, in Harrenhal one moment, then Bitterbridge the next. So anything’s possible now. Pop by the Dreadfort for a few moments and be back in time for tea at the Kingsmoot (abandoning her brother obviously).

Let's not forget Melisandre magically teleporting from Dragonstone to the Riverlands (and somehow making contact with the BwB, a secret company of bandits that only exists because they're stealthy and well hidden). And then teleporting again BACK to Dragonstone to do sexytime with Gendry.

It seems as if HBO aim to use this teleporter of theirs at least once in every season. The sad thing is, most of the only TV watchers who think about it too much will get the idea that all these places are close together!
