  1. lol. The ironborn change their minds, quickly, though. It was established in season 6. hahahahaha so true! Even the cast didn't like it! it's horrible
  2. how do you know for certain that it's the same people who constanly give the same ratings? I for one have rated this season from 2 (first time in history with the wight hunt) to 6 in another episode. Not everyone rates each episode with the same ratings. And also, why should anyone stop watching something they are invested in because they either liked the source material or the previous seasons and now it's not convincing? Maybe people want to know the ending and/or have hope for a better resolution or have other reasons to watch, each their own. It is known that s7 was filler, after all, so probably there is also a reason for this numbers. Also it's a bit hypocritical to moan about other people's moans. One would say, just don't listen to them as well?. If I'm not interested in reading people moaning, I don't read it. But I'll never say to other people stop writing critical reviews about what you have watched, be it 10/10 or 1/10 Also, I respect you way of watching things (only 8 to above) but lots of people won't stop watching something if one day it scores worse than 8.
  3. Touche. I already knew the spoilers but was clueless about this part, or barely remembered that Jon had to say it, and honestly, it felt so awckward. I didn't get why he had to say that. It made me feel so angry, because they risked their lives for this absurd plan, some men died, Viserion died, and then when it is working (in theory) he throws it away. Jon should not be King in the North. Two seasons of incomptence. I have never been a fan of him, but I liked him in the first seasons. Now he is portrayed as totally dumb. I'm fine that he is honourable and good-hearted, but I can't believe they are writing him in such a way and that he has to lead everyone when the NK arrives...
  4. I give it a 4 What I liked in this episode -Theon's having strength enough to do what he wants to do (although I'd have preferred more scenes) -Sam and Bran's chemistry -Jaime exchanging looks with Brienne, and Cersei with Brienne -Jaime giving up on Cersei, the way Nikolaj played it: Is “I don’t believe you” saying “I don’t love you” or “I don’t believe I’m going to die.” My subjects as an actor was “This is it. I don’t believe in you anymore. I don’t believe in this, you and me. I don’t love you anymore.” That’s how I played it. -The last scene in the Wall -Tyrion and Jaime acknowledging they are not so smart What I didn't like... -The wight exhibition -Jon destroying the purpose of the wight exhibition and the wight hunt (not that I liked them) -The trial -The scene in which Jon and Dany have sex -The fact that we know that Jon's name is Aegon, meaning that Rhaegar didn't care about his other children
  5. I can't remember when now, but I recall that the show has explicitly said, several times, that the distances are quite long, almost like in the books.
  6. It bothered me that she was more concerned about Jon. Yes, she was affected, not saying he wasn't, but she should have cried, IMO. The dragons were her children.
  7. Dany and Jon are pet neglecters. Yeah, poor Viserion. And Jonerys chemistry, oh!!! oh!!!!! Jonnie is Dany's dream. He called her Dany! Hydrophobic substances have more chemistry with water than Jon or Dany have to each other on screen.
  8. It's a bad episode. 3/10 I would rate it 1/10 but I laughed so many times, and also cried with Viserion's heroic death, so it's not an apocalypse, just a terrible earthquake. what I liked: -NK being smart. NK with the twist of the wight dragon (although I feel bad for him bc he was never loved, he starved during two years in a cell and died for a stupid plan) -Benjen's reapparance and sacrifice for his nephew (I liked the fact he was a true hero, not the fact that he had to save Jon, because, admitedly, Jon deserved to die due to his stupid decions, not that I despise him like a villain, just saying that logically, he should not be alive bc he is sooooooo dumb). -I liked that I laughed so hard many many times. WIght! The wight!!!! The wights patrooling, oh it was like a comedy -Gendry saving the day and saying the same words (Ravens!!!!)that Brandon Stark had said in the last episode to save the day -Gingers mention, Jaime's mention, Brienne going to KL What I didn't like: Basically the rest
  9. ohthe chains!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! how did they get them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?? maybe bought then in KL, NK teleported or something?
  10. Oh yes, I was referring to that moment of Grey WInd!
  11. I like everytime Dany and Jorah meet and say goodbye, it's so emotional. Poor Meera, Ellie did a great job there Yeah, I have the same problem. It's difficult for me to display emotions once I have seen scenes that I dislike or characters acting out of character (which is a very commmon thing nowadays). Maybe that's another reason I could not get emotional enough with the reunion scene of J-D, and also because it was actually one of the ·"easiest" ones they have done. Their last goodbye was bittersweet, when they met in the arena was in a moment of threat and it was very well directed..... One of the few changes I like from GOT is how they changed the character of Jorah, and having started watching the show before reading the books made me like them from the start, although at first I didn't like Jorah as much as I did later. Ellie's performance was so great that I managed to cry even with those circumstaces of the show (last seasons). And I'm also an easy crier, but I used to cry more in the earlier seasons (many Bran's scenes, RW,Ygritte's death...). Few exceptins from laters seasons, HOld the Door episode, because the scene was so long that I could manage to submerge in it easily.
  12. What I liked: -Bran doing the hard work: flying with his ravens to discover where the WWs are. A-MA-ZING:10/10 -Gendry's reappearance: 10/10 -Davos and Gendry: 8/10 -Gendry befriending Jon and not wanting to hide who he is: 8/10 -Sam defending Brandon Stark in the Citadel: 8/10 -Sam looking at the library he loved while leaving: 8/10 -Sam being tired of reading what others do (although I'd have preferred him to stay longer as well?): 7/10 -Jorah returning to his Queen. Seven seasons of a story together: 8/10 -Jorah turning back when he is leaving: 8/10 -Jaime telling Cersei they are losing: 6/10 What I didn't like - The wight hunt idea-100/10 -Stupid Jaime and Cersei's relationship and even more infuriating pregnancies out of nowhere: -50/10 -Tyrion being stupid in front of the KG's: 3/10 -Jonerys "epic" love story: 1/10 -PromQueen Games in WF: 3/10
  13. Last year I cried in their goodbye scene but this year I couldn't because Jon was watching them, and Jorah had to notice the "Jonerys love" that apparently was in the air. He destroyed the moment, although it still was moving. There was a moment when they are leavig with the boat, and Jorah turns back, that was also touching. This year I've only cried with one scene, Meera's goodbye and I suppose I won't cry in a while because I already know what happens.
  14. None of my devices remembers my name or password and I have to sign in and write them every time despite always having the "remember me" box turnt on. It started happening about a week ago.
  15. Difficult choice. I didn't rate it. Why? I'd say the first part is a 4.5/10, whilst the battle is a solid 8.5/10 I feel the episode has two completely different parts.
  16. I gave it a 5/10. I liked the battle scenes while Tyrion was speaking about them, although I would have preferred them to be battles, instead of 3 minute battles.+1 I liked Dany.+1 Sansa seemed real Sansa after a long time+ Sansa's words to Bran.+6 Sansa+Bran sibling hug +2 Cersei as a ruler, the sept incident as a tragic accident felt like a joke. -2 Jaime was so horrible to see as a character + sexual encounter -7 Not sure what they are trying to do with Bran, it feels like there is too much trauma going on and what he sees makes him feel sad so that's why he acted this way -2 Olenna +6 Total score:5/10
  17. I gave it a 6, but I didn't know if to give it a 5, since I'd rate it 5.5/10. What I liked in the episode was that Sam had a lot of screentime being a secondary character and the scenes in the library were amazing, Arya with the Lannister soldiers was interesting, the Sandor+BWB were ok, and the last scene for Dany in Dragonstone was really well-acted and actually moving. It was nice not to see someone being teleported like when she left from Meereen. Unfortunately, Arya killing all the Freys made no sense to me, Cersei and Jaime was hard to watch (even if we start seeing how their relationship sinks) and I forgot about the rest of the scenes. PS: Obviously, I didn't forget about Bran and Meera, but they never have enough screentime.

  19. I gave it a 7 (but it's more a 6.5). as I don't find the positive thread, I will post here the things I liked; BEST THINGS Cersei's story was amazing. It followed all the hints hidden in the previous episodes, and it was fantastic. The music, the dresses, everything. The outcome of it. The first time I recognise a little the Cersei from the books!!! Loved it! (the way I love a villain). At the same time I'm upset because I liked Margaery, for instance, and it's sad because Tommen and everyone died. 10/10 Sam's storyline. arriving at Oldtown. The special effects were amazing. The lighthouse and the the Citadel....shot in Beautiful Girona, the Maester.....I have no words. And finally THe Library!! I love libaries, and this library is better than the one I imagined he would find in the books. 10/10 King in The North scene. Mixed feelings. I liked Lyanna Mormont speech, and I liked how the Tower of Joy scene was linked to this one, 8/10 but missed they mentioned Bran 1/1 . Tower of Joy. Well-done. 7/10. The best thing was Lyanna, and the fact that Ned hears Bran in the Wind- . Adaptation of Dance Epilogue 7,5/10 Bonus: - Dany thinks she doesn't truly love Daario -Jaime looking at Cersei 7/10 BAD THINGS -There is no LSH. 0/10 -Dorne snakes. 1/10 -Varys teleportation (in the last scene....:OOOO) Good scene destroyed!!!! King in The North scene. Mixed feelings. I liked Lyanna Mormont speech, and I liked how the Tower of Joy scene was linked to this one, 8/10 but missed they mentioned Bran 1/10 Arya's storyline was awful 3/10 . Bran doesn't have a story on his own? . We didn't have a lot of Tyrion and he was not especially annoying. He bowed, that was good to see. 5/10 If there had been LSH+more Bran+Arya's storyline with more development I would have rated it 9/10, trying to be blind to the inconsistencies, Varys or Dorne. But Bran and Arya had a effect of -1 point and LSH -2 points being extremely generous.
  20. As a reader, a 6. As an only show watcher, probably would have been a 8. The best episode from the season until now. And the best since since season 4. What I liked -Bran's storyline. Hodor sacrificing. Made me feel very sad. I cried. SOmething difficult in this show. -JORAH and Dany. It was perfect!!!!!!(except for one thing) -Meera being a HEROINE. -Dany and JORAH. Dany: Jorah the Andal, I command you....No WORDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -Kingsmoot: Theon and Asha Yara together again.Theon's invented speech is perfect. -The theatre group. It was sad. Maisie does a great job. What I didn't like -Kingsmoot: book version is much better. Why does Euron say he killed Balon? Kinglaying it's the normal thing: Dorne, Bolton, Lord Commander, Iron ISlands.... -The theatre group: I prefer Mercy version. But still not bad. -Summer sarificing, it was not epic enough -Jorah and Danny: why does Jorah have Tyrion in his mind??? Why???? It's a perfect moment NEUTRAL LF..... Sansa and Jon
