  1. Doesn't a high septum or King the only ones allowed to Annul a marriage to royalty? Gilly read about a maester giving an annulment, not a high septum. Im gonna spitball here and say WHAT IF.. The mad king allowed the annulment because that would void Rhaegars children's claim to the thrown. We already know the mad king wanted Visery to be his heir and he didn't trust Rhaegar. He prob had no idea Rhaegar wanted a third child and already had one on the way by Lyanna. If the KIng allowed it for these reasons it would make sense. Rhaegar's ex wife and children were already at Kings Landing and the King needed them there just in case the Dornish found out about the Annulment. He would need to keep the Dornish Loyal to the Crown and using Elia and the children would give him that. The king could make Visery heir to the 7k and disinherit Rhaegar.
  2. There's a good chance they marry. Jon needs her dragons to fight the WW and she needs him to unite the north with the rest of the 7k. They may not marry for love but for need of each other. Once she and Tyrion find out he is KITN and doesnt care about the rest of the 7K they will make their move for him to join them. He will want something in return of course (which is her dragons). Based on the leaked photos on this link, it sure looks like Jon goes to meet Tyrion and makes some type of deal. http://winteriscoming.net/2016/10/25/season-7-filming-continues-tantalize-us-new-images/
  3. Im thinking The Young Lord could be Rhaegar and The Lovely Lady is Elia?
  4. Oh I like it! I assumed the episode had to do with Dany and I'm hoping for the rest of the tower of joy flash back as well, but you could be on to something with Bran/starks.
  5. http://www.moviefone.com/2016/05/09/kit-harington-most-epic-jon-snow-episode-game-of-thrones/ Jon's Story I cant wait!!!
  6. Mel said she saw Jon fighting at WF and we have leaked photos of him fighting in Stark colors in Belfast (if its really him) so maybe he comes back and her vision comes true?? http://celebfresh.co.uk/news/exclusive-spoiler-alert-kit-harington-spotted-filming-got-in-belfast
  7. He is all over the place in this interview! I'm sure he's annoyed and is just making stuff up on the fly but what do you guys think? Is he DRUNK!? LOL http://unleashedreality.com/got-jon-snow-alive/
  8. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/tv/2016/03/14/game-of-thrones-george-rr-martin-always-intended-for-shireen-to0/ Has anyone purchased the complete fifth season blue ray set and can verify if this is true?
  9. OMG Sansa looks pregnant and looks like Myrcella did die. OMG OMG OMG.....
  10. Hello! Not sure if this has been covered but Alfie Allen said GRRM told him there was a starwars kind of ending to ASOIAF. http://www.hypable.com/game-of-thrones-star-alfie-allen-theon-just-wants-approval-from-his-family/ My theory is Dany at the very end of the book (when the 7K is saved from the others) falls in love with (im hoping) Jon Snow and gets pregnant. When she goes into labor she dies giving birth to twins. Jon snow will already be dead (im guessing this is the bitter sweet GRRM talks about) and their children will continue the Targaryen line. Thoughts??
  11. Hey ya'll Ive seen lots of post about Ashara Dayne and how she committed suicide after she gave birth to a stillborn girl but what if her daughter wasn't stillborn? What if her mother claimed her daughter as her own. If Allyria was conceived at the Tourney of Harrenhal then she'd be born in 282AL. According to the Wiki she was betrothed to Beric Dondarrion in 294AL when she was about 12 years old. What if Ashara fell for Brandon and slept with him?? Then he left her to marry is betrothed Catelyn Tully.. Maybe Ned had intended to marry her to restore her honor as his brother was already betrothed. Ashara may have still killed her self but not because she had a still birth but because the suicide would be due to the guilt felt over Arthur death given that it was Ashara who told Ned how to find his sister which resulted in the fight at the Tower of Joy. She was just trying to help Ned find his sister and she ended up indirectly killing Arthur. "The crannogman saw a maid with laughing purple eyes dance with a white sword, a red snake, and the lord of griffins, and lastly with the quiet wolf...but only after the wild wolf spoke to her on behalf of a brother too shy to leave his bench." Ned is the quiet wolf while Brandon is the wild wolf.. I might be way off but I thought id share the post anyways
  12. ... Three heads has the dragon... the ghost chorus yammered inside her skull with never a lip moving, never a breath stirring the still blue air ... "mother of dragons* ... child of storm ... The whispers became a swirling song ... three fires must you light ... one for life and one for death and one to love ... Her own heart was beating in unison to the one that floated before her, blue and corrupt ... three mounts must you ride ... one to bed and one to dread and one to love ... The voices were growing louder she realized, and it seemed her heart was slowing, and ever her breath ... three treasons will you know ... once for blood and once for gold and once for love ...   Three Fires: One for life, one for death, one to love Three Mounts: To bed, to dread, and to love. Three Treasons: Blood, Gold and Love. Could the be   Three Fires: One for life is her dragons One for Death is Drogo One TO Love is could it be that she lights a fire that leads her to love?? or is it Daario maybe?   Three Mounts: These mounts could refer to two different things generally speaking. It could mean a literal mount like a horse, or more likely a lover.   To Bed is Drogo or Silver To Dread may be Hizdahr or Drogon To love may be Jon or a Ship leading her to Westeros?   Three Treasons: One for Blood is Mirri Maz Duur One for Gold is Brown Plum One for Love is Aegon     what are your opinions?
  13. On three occasions in ASOS and three in aDwD, Jon mentions the Ice Dragon and we all know GRRM loves his foreshadowing.   There are 11 occurrence total about the ice dragon being mentioned.     Series Book Chapter  Chapter   Name  Chapter POV    Occurrence QuoteFirst Occurrence Only ASOIAF ACOK 35 Bran V Bran Stark 1 Look for the ICE DRAGON, and chase the blue star in the rider's eye." ASOIAF ASOS 24 Bran II Bran Stark 1 When they lost their way, as happened once or twice, they need only wait for a clear cold night when the clouds did not intrude, and look up in the sky for the ICE DRAGON. ASOIAF ASOS 26 Jon IV Jon Snow 1 Maester Luwin had taught him his stars as a boy in Winterfell; he had learned the names of the twelve houses of heaven and the rulers of each; he could find the seven wanderers sacred to the Faith; he was old friends with the ICE DRAGON, the Shadowcat, the Moonmaid, and the Sword of the Morning. ASOIAF ASOS 41 Jon VI Jon Snow 1 Jon searched the sky until he found the ICE DRAGON, then turned the mare north for the Wall and Castle Black. ASOIAF ASOS 46 Samwell III Samwell Tarly 1 By day he took directions from the sun, and on clear nights they could follow the ICE DRAGON's tail, though they hadn't traveled much by night since the second horse had died. ASOIAF ASOS 63 Davos VI Davos Seaworth 1 The clouds hid most of the ICE DRAGON, all but the bright blue eye that marked due north. ASOIAF ASOS 64 Jon IX Jon Snow 1 it felt like walking down the gullet of an ICE DRAGON. ASOIAF ADWD 35 Jon VII Jon Snow 1 The wind was gusting, cold as the breath of the ICE DRAGON in the tales Old Nan had told when Jon was a boy. ASOIAF ADWD 39 Jon VIII Jon Snow 1 The road beneath the Wall was as dark and cold as the belly of an ICE DRAGON and as twisty as a serpent. ASOIAF ADWD 49 Jon X Jon Snow 1 The snowfall was light today, a thin scattering of flakes dancing in the air, but the wind was blowing from the east along the Wall, cold as the breath of the ICE DRAGON in the tales Old Nan used to tell. D&E DE 2 The Sworn Sword Duncan The Tall 1 But there were clouds to the north, and the blue eye of the ICE DRAGON was lost to him, the blue eye that pointed north.   In the Ice Dragon book, after defeating the Fire Dragons, the Ice Dragon turns into a pond of cold water. Is the water (ice dragons pond) at the godswood in Winterfell?   Im not convenced Jon is Azor Ahai because Azor Ahai shall be born again amidst smoke and salt to wake dragons out of stone. Ive always believed this was meant for Dany being reborn as Azor Ahai when she woke her dragons from stone using khal drogo funeral pyre.   Will Jon ride a ice dragon instead of a fire dragon?? Will his ice dragon fight the fire dragons of Danys?? (after Danys dragons kill the Others)   All thoughts are welcome!!
