  1. Loved Dany and Tyrion's chat, loved Cersei and Qyburn's ("the work continues...dun dun duuuuun"), loved Wun-Wun, loved un-Val, thought Sansa was awesome, Theon too, and I loved Arya! Really, the best episode for me in a long time. Hardhome was amazing. Just stunning.
  2. Yeah. That was cool. A feast for the crows.
  3. Do you even know where you are posting? Get out. Like somebody else said, at least we know how to read. You can't, you glory in it, so...go wallow in ignorance elsewhere. Obviously there wouldn't be a series without the books.
  4. Who else was yelling and jumping up and down? ROW THE DAMN BOAT! WHERE'D YOU LEAVE THE DRAGONGLASS? EEEEEK!
  5. Man...Show!Unsullied are not nearly as badass as Book!Unsullied. I was, like...these Sons of the Harpy are totally fucked now, against the Unsullied - trained since childhood to be nothing but warriors. Except they're apparently useless...and so is Ser Selmy. WTF?
  6. Yeah, I got the impression they were going to go to the Vale. Pod also said Sansa might be there as well. Makes sense that the sisters would head there - unless you knew Lysa Tully personally  ! But Brienne did ask Pod if he was completely sure, and of course he said he wasn't. I dunno. I always thought that Brienne should try the Vale in the books, I guess GRRM wanted to show us more of the world and the conditions the smallfolk were going through - but a close relative living in a secluded, very defensible place, seems like a natural destination for Arya and Sansa.
  7. That was me! Thanks for your reply. I understood completely that you were saying why other people seemed to interpret the Hound's dialog to mean that Syrio survived - not that you yourself felt that way. Sorry you got grief for being nice. While I fervently hope Syrio escaped, I doubt it. :crying: I loved his character in the books and Syrio was great on the show as well. I sure didn't think the Hound thinks Syrio survived, as he demonstrated to Arya the odds against (as well as stated) that a unarmored man with a stick, even the "greatest swordsman in the world", could beat an armored man with a sword. The only way for Syrio to live is to run, and well... I thought the Hound was trying to (1) hurt Arya's feelings by making fun of Syrio and (2) give her a dose of reality medicine as far as fighting is concerned. Arya's water dancing was lovely, though. I love Arya.
  8. I enjoyed the episode a lot! I loved Arya's water dancing (although I don't get how peeps got Syrio's alive from that...) and the dialogue with the Hound, loved Pod and Brienne - the rabbit was hilarious and I loved how Brienne caved and let him help her with the armor. I loved the sword coming outta Tanner's mouth - recalled Gendry stabbing Biter the same way when he was attacking Brienne in the books...tongue! URGH!!! I loved Ghost killing Rast, Hodor/Bran...And crazy, crazy Lysa is magnificent! Oh, yeah, it was fabulous how SweetRobin immediately threw Uncle Petyr's gift out the Moon Door, the little brat!
