  1. Okey quick question. Is Bran's storyline going a tad faster than in the books? I can't really remember where he should be right now, but I get the feeling, it's not beyond the wall, and definitely not in Craster's keep?
  2. Yes, Ghost+ Jon is like Drizzt+ Gwenyiver. Him without the giant bundle of happiness is plainly wrong. Stannis panding of lust is wrong (but then again thats how babies are born). Bronn as captain of the city watch is also wrong (but then again one more character would be confusing). The entire brothel scene is wrong (but then again a little boobie never hurt noone). Rhakaro dead is wrong (but then again he can be easily replaced, plus its one less character to remember a name for). On the other hand, Pyke was excellent cinematography. Balon was excellent portraying. Sallador was oh so good. Tyrion+ Cersei and Tyrion+ Janos and Tyrion+ Varys (Tyrion always gets the best scenes/lines) was excellent. Arya+ Gendry and the rest of the kids was funny. Jaqar was something to look forward to. Also the scene with Jon and Sam really helps towards building understanding of what Jon becomes. All in all? I have to rewatch to decide whether I liked or not. I'm torn at the moment.
  3. + Ghost + Arya and Gendry + anything Davos, I just love Davos + Theon's visit to Pyke and his rediculue were awesome + Sallador Saan was AWESOME! - Melisandre+ Stannis. Bleh - Bron a captain?? Just wrong - The entire brothel scene They gotta stop giving all the awesome lines to Tyrion.
  4. Hello you two! Thank you for a wonderful job on the casting. Now start shooting cause we're going mad with imagination here and we slowly want to get a visualisation. Also, pretty please, could we have, maybe, a blog documenting the shooting? And, like, little details of what happens behind the scenes? For example: "catering had pasta today. the sauce got smeared up in Tyrion's beard.". We'd be happy like puppies, if you did. As for GRRM's cameo, I think I have a great idea...or at least I think it is great: he should play the Man in Black who looses his head in the beginning. Would be so fitting!
  5. Bah someone beat me to it already.QQ!~
  6. Yeah, ok, I think this entire discussion might have killed even the slightest possibility of Ray Stevenson being cast as Sandor. Even if he had the time, and wanted it, if D+D read this discussion, I'm almost certain they'll be discouraged to hire him. For any role, for that matter. Too bad, really.
  7. Cruel. You people enjoy this too much. Parris already tried to divert us from thinking the Hound has been cast. I am confident its the Hound that has been cast. Whyever would someone bother to post about the direwolfs being written? OK, I think most of us are quiet curious about how they will look, but I trust HBO and its designers. Now, I'll vote for Ray Stevenson, even if he has an enormously full schedule, and even if it looks wrong when he does you-know-what with you-know-who and all, but it will look just as shocking, if not worse, if one of those giants played him. Plus, scaling Sandor into gigantic proportions and brutality looks, would kind of de-humanize him, making it more difficult to show any sympathy for him down the line. And in any case, Ray Stevenson is hot. And Sandor is hot too. And in case dear Mr. Martin is wondering again, yes, Sandor is maybe the top fantasy-endusing character in his books, after Jamie-for-the-masses. I'll stop writing now. We'll know by the end of the week anyway. And you two, Davin and Dan, know your game pretty well, getting us all upside down again! I'd say shame on you, but I'm enjoying it myself!
