For someone who hasn't read the Sarantine Mosaic, and won't be able to for a while, what are some of the easter eggs that appear in Children of Earth and Sky? I felt like I was missing references to the artifacts that Pero discovered in the forests, and the flame and feeling of sorrow he encountered in the passageway beneath the palaces...

I matching numbered set is also no longer available, sold through Camelot Books on consignment.

The lettered AA GoT, CoK and DwD books have been sold, so Beccy if you can update the first page I'd appreciate it. The person who bought it was from this board, so I'll leave it up to them to decide if they want to say how much they bought it for.

I'm not buying Knight. I don't consider it part of the set and clearly neither does Subpress as it doesn't give you rights to anything.

Oh, I thought those 160 illustrations were exclusive to the Subpress edition. Thanks for clearing that up...

Here are some pics of my lettered A Dance with Dragons and Clash of Kings. DwD has a remarque of a dragon, and CoK of a horse. Game of Thrones is pre-ordered and the set comes with rights to 'AA' going forward.

Here's another analogy that makes as much sense as yours: it's like you buy a hotdog from a hotdog vendor, but you're still kinda hungry after eating it, so the hotdog vendor says "I'll sell you another hotdog, but it'll cost $410 plus shipping, and you can resell this hotdog for at least $1,000 in the future." You then decide you'll buy it anyway but then complain about it to people who don't care.

Lol. No one is forcing you to buy anything. It's your money and you can do what you want with it. Subpress didn't steal your cc and swipe it for you. If you hate anyone for buying another book - take some responsibility and hate yourself.
