  1. The future of Jaime and Brienne?

I was rereading ASoS last week and noticed for the first time that Jaime's dream happened on a weirwood stump. I don't think it is prophetic of his death as much as her being a chance of salvation. She is the only thing that is from the present and his future while his attackers are from his past. I think it was arleady fulfilled in a way when he sent her to keep his word. The other ghosts he confronts are all people he let down or saw him in a dishonorable light, and him offering to fight against them was a continuation of his arrogance. Asking her for help, was him breaking the cycle.
  2. It probably had more variations from the book then any episode so far, but I thought it was the best one of this season. Renly's death was pretty weak, I think it would have been better if they had placed it the same episode with the shadow being released; it is something we only see once and the two events are disjointed the way they did them. I don't really care for Brienne in the show and she didn't help.
  3. Jojen Reed's fate? (ADWD Spoilers)

I doubt he actually got killed in the background like that, but it was yet another incredibly annoying cliffhanger in ADwD, even more so because it happened halfway through the book.
