  1. I actually find it more funny than sad now, that an episode like this still gets 1s from some people, I would love to see these people in person, lol. Why vote at all when you are just going to act like a child and not give it a realistic and honest vote.
  2. Still and always some butthurts who rate great episodes with a 1, not that it matters...At all. This was a great episode, from someone who is usually quite critical. An 8 from me.
  3. Edd's gonna be flayed. Along with all left in Castle Black... Jon is going to be regretful for leaving him there when he is presented with them at the battle on the crosses...
  4. It is very obvious to me now, the bodies on the crosses at the battle are Night's Watch men. Including Dolorous Edd. Ramsay goes to the wall looking for Jon(who is off gathering an army of Northern Loyalists) and finds everyone but him.
  5. Stannis is dead in the books, sorry bro. I liked him too.
  6. That is why numerical rating is a bit silly for this show, people are not capable of rating the episode rationally when they are angry over one small detail in particular, or two. They overlook all of the good ones, almost like they are getting back at the showrunners, as if they read these forums intensively just to see how we are rating their show.
  7. They know more about the plot than you, they obviously decided she is not that important in the long run.
  8. Surprisingly, the lack of LS did not bother me that much. A solid episode. 10/10.
  9. This is the first time in the show we had an accurate depiction of aerial strategic movements. That pan from the north of the wall to the south of the wall from the firing archers perspective, with arrows falling on to the encroaching Wildling band attacking the South gate was incredible. It really gave us a perspective of the strategic landscape of the battle and wall at that time and I think it helped the unsullied understand the tactical scenarios that were about to present themselves to the Night's Watch.
  10. The people giving this episode 1's and 2's are just being ignorant to be honest. Fine if they were dissapointed with certain aspects of the epside, but to downgrade it to a menial 1 or 2 is just childish reactionary hatred. Not that the ratings on here hold any sway on the grander scale of anything :P It is just an interesting thing to see people react this way. I don't mean to offend anyone with that comment though, I understand people sometimes overreact when they are attached to something. This episode was incredible for me, and I am critical of the show when I need to be, I cringed at some of the Gilly/ Sam scenes, but this episode more than made up for the shit bits with bits that had my jaw drop and bits that moved me quite a bit( Grenn, Ygritte, Pyp)
  11. Holy Mother of Fuck! That was incredible. That is a 10 for me. Now I need sleep.
  12. What do you mean? The ironborn were already in it, why would there be dead ironborn outside?
  13. Anyone have any idea who all of the dead men outside Moat Cailin were?
  14. So, now that people know Arya is still alive, what happens. Does the Hound leave the Vale now? Does he bring Arya with him?
  15. There was poison, you're not going to be able to see it, why would Oberyn have it visible?
  16. I thought the dialogue was incredible, and not a bit cringe worthy, I loved their conversation about nothing. I am curious to know what Ran thought of this episode, will have a look back and see if he said anything.
  17. Is this the actor who played the dying man Arya spoke with? https://www.google.ie/search?q=Barry+McGovern+game+of+thrones&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=JLl5U5iZB4vo7AaTs4GwBw&ved=0CAYQ_AUoAQ&biw=1242&bih=546#q=Barry+McGovern&tbm=isch
  18. Who was thte actor playing dying man? He was incredible.
  19. Very nice episode, they need to work on fight scenes though, something just doesn't feel right about them. I don't know what it is either, you don't know who is who, who is dying, what is happening. I enjoyed the scene because of what it meant for Reek though. And obviously the trial scene was flawless. Every Stannis scene is average to you, even if it is quite good, like this one was. ;)
  20. I watched this episode a second and third time with my mother and then father and each time I enjoyed it more. I initially gave it a 7, now I feel it should be an 8.
  21. Why does the Eeyrie look completely different to how it looked in Season 1?
