Out with a whimper.

Great episode, really epic. But I can't help but think its all downhill from here. Sure we have a few good episodes lined up for next season but it feels like the RW was the pinnacle. Endless traveling, weird kraken uncles, pig jousting, ninja training, tree dude and naive princes, nothing with the gravitas of the events of this episode. I'm having post RW let down.

I'm hoping the dragons have been magically aged by the warlocks. Regardless of his size, I want Drogon to go face to face with Pyatt and blow fire right on his ugly mug. I'm always up for a good face melting. (null)

Since D&D have gotten input from GRRM on the future plotlines, maybe the whole Jeyne/Talisa thing may take a more impotent role in the next book. If I remember correctly, Jeyne is not at the RW, and the possibility of a Stark heir is still unresolved. (null)

When theon takes winterfell, will they put a kraken on the castle in the opening credits? (null)

We have to get some Baric and Thoros before this season is over. They just can't spring them on us when they drag uncat out of the river. Can they? I don't see how they could cut them out. (null)

I am mad about the mountain replacement. Conan was awesome, I'm hoping I misunderstood what was happening. (null)

Theon has to "kill" the boys and word has to reach Cat before she releases Jamie. She has to be really emotionally compromised to let Jamie go without an agreement from KL. (null)

Any chance we see Baric Dondarrion (sp?) before we get UnCat? It would be nice to have some reminder that he and his guys are still out there before they get sprung on us next season. I doubt the non readers will remember Ned sending them after the mountain. (null)

I started reading the books after watching the HBO series. I powered my way through them back to back. I am worried that either GRRM or I might not make it through the conclusion. At this pace, are we done by 2025? How old us GRRM? Is anyone else concerned? He needs to fo some succession planning because after 1,000s of pages, he can't leave us hanging.
