Patchface Is AA Reborn

Fantastic episode. Strange that any changes from the novel or plot points that didnt make sense this week get a pass because of the writer. The other writers for this show cant buy a bucket on this site. Im sure that next week because the writer isnt named George any changes made wont make sense and will be nitpicked to death and some characters will be forever ruined.

Could those who hate the show please tell me what shows on tv you are watching that are better than this or that make this show look like crap. If you only want to judge the show as an adaptation thats completely within your right, but to equate that to the show being bad is insane. The proof of the quaility is in the ratings which are phenominal, and more importantly for me is the fact that the people who are actually paid to critique tv shows love the series. Reading some of these comments you would think that the show is on the verge of being cancelled. We are all biased and we all love the novels, but lets remember that bad adaptation =/= bad television. (I do not beleive that this is a bad adaptation for what is worth)

I gave this episode an 8. For Hilarity sake I hope episode 9 that George wrote himself deviates the most from the novels of any episode to date. The angry tears on this board will be delicious

8 Fantastic episode. The most Faithful adaption Ive ever seen of something i cared for. The Ratings dont lie. This Show is a Monster Hit. D and D are doing a great job bringing this to the Masses. Everybody Relax, Take a deep breath and be Thankful that the story we love has been translated into what is without question one of the best shows on TV.
