  1. Hi Beeblebrox, Did you purchase books from ReekReekItRhymesWithLeek? I've got #90 as wanted by them. And lookwhoitis has ASOS #90 for trade.
  2. Hey ;) You want a Meisha Merlin lettered not Letter MM for series, correct?
  3. Just bumping this to the first page... any updates?
  4. So do you want me to take you of the "wanted" list?
  5. There are some extra copies of AGOT available at Sub Press right now.
  6. List has been updated... if anyone else has bought or sold, let me know so I can keep the list in good order. Thanks.
  7. It was in the April 10 e-newsletter. "Next week, among other things, we should ship A Game of Thrones(George R. R. Martin)."
  8. You could contact the seller and negotiate for Clash and maybe ask if he can send your contact info to the AGOT buyer?
  9. Anyone need Sub Press ASOS (PC)?? There is one on Ebay now. http://www.ebay.com/itm/A-Storm-of-Swords-Limited-Edition-by-Subterranean-Press-Rare-/201278955572?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2edd292034
  10. If you could find one anywhere near $800 now, jump on it!
  11. Gotcha. It's hard to say but again, AFFC seems to be hard to come by. Never hurts to negotiate.
  12. I hardly ever see them for sale as a single volume so it's hard to say. That is a good price if you're selling.
  13. Just my two cents but you should collect these books if you enjoy them and they make you happy to have them. The value is just an added bonus. Yes, it's too bad for some that Meisha went under but Sub Press is a completely different company and they have every right to produce a complete set of books. No one is forced to buy regardless of how it might affect values. If value is all that matters, sell them now and let someone else get pleasure from them. I've had plenty of rare books that I could have sold at the height of their market but I collect solely for the appreciation of the design, art and content of them (well and because I just love books). BTW - $15,000 is a huge amount of money for a set of books whether there are 7 or 9 volumes. That is still a very, very large profit.
  14. Don't forget today is the last day to order SP AGOT to get the free chapbook!
  15. SP just announced a chapbook if you order AGOT by Dec 12.
  16. Those look like the white dust jacket reissues from 2011. Library books at that. They are definitely smoking the crack pipe! I have a set: http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a235/becca3969/ASOIAF_GRRM%20Collection/ASOIAF_whiteset.jpg
  17. I updated the list and moved the sold items into their own list. I thought it would be easier to see what's still available but wanted to keep a record of sold items.
  18. Yes, I'm guessing the email will hit tomorrow... you have until Jan to order.
