RotK 9, 11, 13, 14 are all Ruler only but fair. I'm kind of the opposite in ROTK now honestly and is why I don't really play any of the Nobunaga's; Starting where everybody is small makes the game incredibly easy and incredibly boring. The AI is never good enough to provide even a meager challenge in those scenarios.

Did you play XIV? Granted they are DLC but there is a lot of "what if" scenarios that go into the later period where Wei isnt quite the powerhouse. One especially is my favourite where the what if is Cao Cao dies in like 209 so Wei is split into factions for 4 of his sons. Liu Bei only has northern Jing, Sun Quan Wu plus Jiang Ling and Shou Chun, Liu Zhang Shu, and Ma Teng holds Xi. There's multiple other early year scenarios that are good too like 191, 196, the Emperor Lu Bu one in 197, 198 etc.

Its heavily weighted towards video games. There are no good ASOIAF video games and likely never will be as there isn't any more books coming and with how the show ended the interest isn't there. Also I mean this list has Elden Ring on it. Great game but its a standalone, not even part of a franchise lol. EDIT: Also why Star Wars is ahead of Marvel. Star Wars has had two really good video games come out the last 5 years. Marvel has not.

Did I like Warlord Chronicles by Cornwall. Yes. Did I think they were great? No. Derfel is too bland and magic being a thing in third book all of a sudden I really didn't like. Also no point to Derfel writing "the story" down, no payoff to that thread. On to Children of Ash and Elm!

The only time it is used is with the Sharans and then they use that to devastating result because of the surprise factor. I'd say that was pretty smart of the shadow actually. The forsaken have their defenses set up so Rand can't just pop in. Rand doesn't set up the citywide wards no but he knows exactly what Sammael is doing with his; implying knowledge. Likely standard tactics in the War of Power to stop what Maia was complaining about. Kind of hard to use gateways for widescale invasions when your enemy knows exactly where you are coming out and when and could probably kill you and all the troops when the gateway opens much like what Rahvin does. Rand et al likely only survive the assault on Illian because Sammael isn't really trying to kill Rand as per orders.

Rand uses those quite often, Graendal does as well. Is there a scene of Rand teaching that to Logain? If not its entirely reasonable that the reason we didn't see those weaves were because only 14 people could do it and only one on the good side and he was kind of busy at the LB.

I hope its just as batshit insane as the first one.

I dont recall moridin giving Shaidar orders but sure lol. Regardless Rand doesn't take shaidars body so your point is baffling. I also don't think that will be in because I doubt the series will last that long. However if it does they will definitely include Shaidar Haran.

Cannons firing through gateways would be incredibly effective against anything. Particularly (which they don't do in the books IIRC) using the z axis so firing down, or up.

To extrapolate on Corvanus... basically Aes Sedai cannot fight in regular wars between countries because they are not allowed to use the power as a weapon except against the shadow. Once later on in the series when there are channelers on both sides of a conflict generally it tends to have the channelers stay out of the regular fighting and just take on their enemy counterparts, because while they can do super feats and such and kill regular armies; if they get tired, they are easy to kill by other channelers. (Which happens, disastrously so multiple times)

I don't think anything is going to change for them (or Amazon Prime) for a long while. These streaming things are just ways to get in with more customers as opposed to actually trying to make money from them. This isn't Disney or Discovery, they can keep doing this and it wont affect their value.

No he got it after being healed of the dagger in Tar Valon in TDR. He needed to get out of the city and had no money so being ta'averen got him money. If this is the first time you've watched Auralnauts Star Wars stuff you are in for a treat. Specifically watch the 6 episode Larry season 1, It legitimately takes Obi Wan and makes a good show out of it somehow.

So I'm trying to understand why bad lady apprentice and Not Ezra didnt shoot the ship that they knew had no power and shields rather than the jedi on top of it. Did they not realize that would also kill the jedi? Also why didn't retconned nightsister keep shooting the ship? And..... did Hera and Freddie Prinze Jr have like a surrogate? Why does the kid not have any twi'lek features?
