So, in open airspace with freedom of movement the show just established that large crossbows that manually fire single bolts from moving boats in the sea have superiority over dragons.

    Got it.

    Ring the gong.

Well, luckily ther were lesser waves than in my bathtub...

I think we should stop trying to find any small, single piece of logic in the scripts, I just let me entertain by the pictures.
Euron on big-bird-hunt was funny to see.

    Nothing more.

At least for now, I'm exactly the opposite. I hated last week unbelievably. But sending Ghost to the north where he belongs instead of dragging the poor guy to his doom in the south makes perfect sense to me, the sign of a caring and compassionate friend.

Tragic that he won't realize until it's too late that all that applies to him, too.

A caring and compassionate friend would have petted his loyal dog/direwolf before leaving!

I haven't seen it yet - thought I'd check the scores first. 25% give it 1/10 - seems to have turned form to divisive to disliked. I'm afraid to watch it now.

If you have survived seeing E3 - what are you afraid of...???

Strorytelling is poor as always, but it's less dull than killing undead zombies a whole episode - so I liked it better then last one. Even if there were several "OMG, how can anybody write SUCH a crap"-moments...

Last episode I rated zero, so this one is 1 for taking out Jon's new pet. Surprising how easy they are to kill...

I liked Arya & the Hound taking off together but I wonder why Arya doesn't plan on coming back? I assume the Hound is going to kill his brother & assumes he won't live through it. I assume Arya is going to kill Cersei but I don't see any reason for her to believe she won't live through it? Only time will tell I suppose.

Well, she did not say she don't expect to survive, she just said she did not plan to go back!
Like she told Gendry - she will never be a lady, and so she does not belong to a castle. Not even to her home Winterfell...

  5. 0 from 10

    or -10 if possible...

    What was this?
Visually, I couldn not making out the half of what was happening - and I guess this was the one and only good thing at all!

Storytelling-wise, it was nothing at all as well.

    Where to start...???

Mel setting the Arraks on fire, the Dothraki charging - into nothing, and dissapear...
Jon and Dany flying around like "Ragnarok-Roundtrips on Dragonback, only a golden dragon each. Burning some Whigts has to be booked seperately..."
Bran in the godswood saying nothing and doing nothing...
Arya jumping into the enemy, fighting like a berserker, then loosing her weapon and running around like a frighend weasel, saved by Beric, talking with Mel and immediately ninjaing the Night King, and Happy End at once. Worst storytelling ever!

And so on and so on...

The only thing I missed was a kind of expression on Jon's face when he sees Dany for the very first time. He is in front of the most beautiful girl and mother of dragons after all

Well, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Maybe he's more into redheads instead of blondes...???

  7. Gave this a one!

The last episode gave some hope with scenes and lines close to the book, but this one messed up everything again...
    - Jamies redemption arc - atomized...
    - Arya s complete scenes - even for a fantasy-story ridicoulous...

I'm done with the show, will just watch the last episode for amusement!

  8. Without the Yara/Dreadford stuff it would be 11 of ten...

Ser Onion's speech to the bankster - priceless!

Oberyn once again great. I was disappointed about the casting becaus he looked to young and not at all a fearsome fighter for me - but his acting is absolutely great!

Any words necessary about the trial...???

But what in seven hells happened at the Dreadford?

Some twenty Ironborn Elite-Warriors storming a whole castle at night.

    And run from some dogs...

And Ramsay going into an indoor-fight half barebody without getting hurt - the Ironborn seems to be pussies...

    No! No! No!

  9. Am I the only one who did NOT like this episode at all?

Some really good scenes, I like NC-W's acting much more than as he still was the arrogant asshole. A man who has after all found to itself and struggels in finding his place because all his "world" does not at all accept his change... The Brienne-scenes were very good, alos fitting how they changed the way Pod joined her.

Not good: The Tyrell-Littlefinger Plot was told to early. Surely the readers know, but for the unsullied it would be better to riddle if Thyrion did not...

Bran at Crasters? Why? To give him screen-time? The book-scenes of his journey are material enough, I think!

The final scene - a waste of screentime! The tiny Ice-Stonehenge was a joke, and the most interesting thing with the Walkers - nobody knows what they are, from where they are, and what they want - is spoiled

The first time I'm disappointed by the show!
