OK let's try this. Start with 10 points. -1 point for Jojen and BR not looking like BR in my head. (Makeup?! Anyone?!) -3 Points for no LS and the absolute butchering of Tyrion/Jamies entire story arc. +2 points for Stannis/Jon/Mance. +4 points for Arya/Hound/Brienne/Pod. Total= 6 points. I'm not "overly critical" (and if I am you should read some of these other posts). However if I am being overly critical then you're clearly being a show-apologist. I don't even really care all that much about LS but for the cliffhanger appeal ALONE she should've been there. You're right it was an entertaining hour of television but it COULD have been the best hour of television all month if they worked with the readily available material and didn't feel the need to change things for a majority-holding-mouth-breathing audience.

Do whatever you want to justify whatever you want man. Doesn't mean I have to put up with a lackluster finale that only had like 3 good scenes out of a possible 100.

6 because no Tysha. Stoneheart I can deal with and the Hound Brienne fight is worth a 5 by itself. But Jojen dying coupled with them fucking Tyrion/Tywin/Shae makes it a 6.
