The only two reasons i can see are Davos or Jon. Mel did have a connection with Jon. She did not leave for "no known reason" She told Stannis to sacrifice Shireen and that she saw his victory. Then most of his army leave him, and his wife kills herself. She clearly realized that it was not Stannis` fate to burn the Bolton banners, so she goes back to what her god showed her in the past. Remember she askes to see AA and sees only snow. All the snow has melted where she is. Where else would she find snow? (what her god was showing her all along)... The Wall. So she leaves asap back to the wall realizing she has been in the wrong place all along.

So here is my question. Mycella gets a bloody nose. It is pretty obvious that it is poison and she is going to die. What is the purpose of showing Ellaria with a bloody nose, then taking the antidote. Was the point to show without the Antidote she would die? What poisoned Ellaria? Is there some significance they both have a bloody nose? If she poisoned Mrycella, she basically just sentanced Trystane to die as well since he was going with Jamie and Bron. Seems liek Doran is going to be Pissed.

I am surprised there hasn't been much discussion about the hooded figure on the boat. There is no way that was just random. The Wildlings were in white camo, and the NW was in their black garb. Why would someone need to hide with a brown cloak over them. Maybe it is Benjan? Maybe coldhands? maybe it is the Nights King himself? There has to be something significant about the hooded man (he wasnt moving, wasnt rowing).

Maybe her power is dwindling as she gets further away from the wall. If I am not mistaken she made a comment (last season? or was that the books) about her power being stronger at the wall. Maybe she is following the wrong king.

Maybe the point of interest is that Drogon is in/around Valyria. Maybe Drogon's lair is in a different place in the show vs the books? Or it could simply be a coincidence as they needed a scene with him flying over Tyrion.

Unless I am mistaken, there has been no indication that Cersei would know where Sansa is at this point. Roose made it clear that the Boltons historically take one alliance and use that to their advantage in a bigger one. What advantage would they gain by telling Cersei they have Sansa (before they marry her to Ramsey). They need the north and in their mind the only way of securing it is Sansa. LF would have no motivation to tell Cersei what he is up to at this point as giving her up would not likely end up in him gaining more power. He has more to gain from the Boltons (if they win) as he delivered them the North. Those loyal to the Starks still in WF, would keep their mouths shut, so really the only way Cersei would know is if she had spies, and her current master of whisperers doesn't really seem up to par.

Maybe she decided to finally take the advice of Barriston and head home, but before she does leaves wants to set someone else up to rule? My first thought upon watching her propose was WTF, that makes no sense at all. Basically give him his fighting pits, give him a marriage pack your bags and leave. At least someone will still be there to rule. It really doesnt make a lot of sense, but if they are going to cut the battle, and possibly change the fighting pit scene, they have to come up with something.
