Gurkhal
I pretty much agree with the OP already. There have been to many ressurections for my likening as it is without counting Jon into it. One or two, yes, but this many? No.

Sullen
Sullen Selly just has some irrational vendetta against him. You get used to it.......well actually you don't. l2 0 5 5
Yeah I'm not a fan of the resurrections. I understand it's a fantasy series, but I don't like that a character can die, and then come back to life. It takes the surprise of the death away, and makes me weary for future deaths. When Ned and Robb died, I felt shocked, surprised, angry, distraught and many other emotions, but I like that. That's the true making of a great book when you feel that way for the characters. By the time we get to Jon's last scene in DwD, I had been accustomed to the resurrecting, and even though I was initially surprised, I said to myself, 'Oh, Melisandre will just bring him back to life.' That takes away from the series IMO.
TalalOfDorne
It was cool when Cat and Beric did it. After that, not so much.
Gneisenau
I don't mind the resurrections, but with all the resurrections that are happening, I wonder how GRRM got his reputation for being a GRRiM Reaper.

Possibly for having a couple of "hero" characters die as opposed to the traditional "zero good guy casualties" policy of fantasy.
Jon of the Dead
Yes, there are too many resurrections And if Martin kills Theon or Asha to resurrect Jon, I swear to God I will step on some ants. I will Calcuta bitch up in here. I will Cal-cut-a-bitch up in here

Addam of Hull
The contrarian in me is almost tempted to hope that Martin does kill one of the Greyjoy siblings just to see some peoples reaction to it. The rest of me doesn't believe a death will be necessary and laughs at the asshole part that's being contrary for the sake of being contrary. Lord Fred of Mole's Town
Well, GRRM pretty much established the resurrection theme in ASoI&F in the first few scenes with the wights and WWs. With corrupt maesters and curious red priests wandering around a land that spawned dragons, weirwoods and abnormal ice physics, I don't have a problem with resurrections. If one wants to kill someone in ASoI&F, one must needs to really, really kill them, then dismember them, then burn them. A simple quarrel in the chest, or a dagger in the neck, is not enough, my friends.
Lady Kelsey
Ooops. Just don't want several more characters resurrected but I'm not at my "this is RIDICULOUS" point, yet

Scrambled Aegon
Scratch Aegon, and I agree. (He wasn't resurrected) But the worst is the eventual resurrection of Jon Snow. Yup, this thread was basically won with the first reply. Lady Stoneheart in particular is what prevents me from getting on board with resurrection in general.
