They stopped being above the law when the last dragon died Funny then how they carried on with incest long after the dragons were gone. Targs are above the law as long as they are kings and they say they are. Dunk smacks the hell out Aerion Brightflame just and rightly so. But almost loses a hand and foot over it. Just because it is against the law to raise a hand to a dragon, doesn´t mean there aren't any who deserve it, even Baelor Breakspear agreed. Targs may be above the law, and they may make the law, but that doesn´t mean that right and wrong as perceived by the citizens of Westeros still doesn´t apply to them (at least in public opinion).
