LdOfWfll
Personally I don't think he did. I can see Theon's reasons for what he did, like laying siege to Winterfell. He wanted to prove himself, I'm sure. Show his Father he was an Ironborn, worthy of being Balon's heir. He seized the opportunity to take Winterfell and prove himself. Of course he betrayed Robb. It would appear evil to do what he done. There of course had to be a punishment too, but I don't think he deserved the one he got. Not the one from Ramsay. What do you think? Lee-Sensei
I wouldn't wish the Ramsay Bolton treatment on Ramsay Bolton. I think he deserved to be executed or sent to the wall.

I don't believe in torture. If someone's going to be killed, they should just get it over with IMO.
Jo cool
Of course not, he did not deserve this even by the asoiaf standards. Think of it this way, rapists and other scums of the earth get to join the NW, why not him?

I don't care if they were not Bran and Rickon. My answer is still the same: a quick axe to the neck for Theon.
