I mean the woman Dany meets that is from Ashai.

She tells Dany:

'If you want to go west you must go east, if you want to go north you have to go south, if you want to go forth you have to go back'

To go north, you must journey south, to reach the west you must go east. To go forward you must go back and to touch the light you must pass beneath the shadow. - I love this passage, it was my very first introduction to ASoIaF, way before I started to read the books.
