Superman with less of a conscience and a want to dominate the world to make it safe. 3. Rand Al'Thor from the Wheel of Time specifically books 6-10. As already said batshit insane, can kill you with immense amounts of magic, or for shits and gigs he can kill you with a plain jane sword if you like.
