I think Sansa isolated herself with the septa, her mother and Jeyne. After all a lady doesn't partake in boys pursuits. I agree, people say that Sansa didn't like Jon because he was a bastard, but mostly I think she was kind of distant regarding her siblings. Given that he has been as serious and rigid since he was a child and what we know of his siblings, I expect that Ned spent a lot of time sighing and rolling his eyes before he was sent to the Eyrie.
