In fact, Ramsay phrasing Pink Letter as he does, he's pushing Jon's buttons. Also, he's rubbing Jon's face in it. Jon's got a soft spot for Arya. That's proven when he has Needle forged. It's the final straw, and he must rescue.....For the Watch..... Ghost..... I've given my thoughts elsewhere regarding Jon's state of being, and a parallel with a personal experience.
