Mr Fixit
The chapters that provided the most new info: Targaryen Kings and Beyond the Sunset Kingdom. EDIT: Oops, I can choose only one. Well, let's say... Beyond the Sunset Kingdom.

Ser Muradin the Small
I'd rate the Targaryen kings as the best chapter from twoiaf. Provided a wealth of info that can be relevant to the current story even.
Frozentree
Beyond the Sunset Kingdom. The other chapter gave us lot of valuable informations, but they were mostly details, we already knew about the Andals and First men, we already knew about the Targaryen kings, this one chapter shed light where used to be a complete darkness. King Aegon The Conqueror
My Conquest and Daeron the good's reign. I have to say it solidified him as one of the 3 greatest targ kings for me!

Mithras
Seven Kingdoms. Targs are boring. Seven kingdoms rocked in the past.
Colonel Green
Targaryen Kings. It's the most developed, interlinked section (it covers 300 years in far, far greater detail than the succeeding sections of the Seven Kingdoms cover a period of several thousand years). Watcher_inthe_Woods
Well I quite enjoyed the whole book but the most intriguing was Beyond the Sunset Kingdom.
AryaNymeriaVisenya
The Seven Kingdoms. Targaryen Kings. It's the most developed, interlinked section (it covers 300 years in far, far greater detail than the succeeding sections of the Seven Kingdoms cover a period of several thousand years). But the Seven Kingdoms was more tantalising and fascinating. Could have done without a biography of each Targ King, in a book to be given to Robert. If he even flicks through it, Yandel would have gotten it around the head.
