Lord_Pepsi_Cupps Posted May 22, 2015 Share Posted May 22, 2015 This season, the show has really started referencing back to characters' motivations from previous seasons - not only the R+L stuff, but also with Brienne's speech on how she's going to kill Stannis because of Renly. So we know Brienne's personal mission is (still) to kill Stannis. And we know her sworn mission is to protect Sansa. What's the bet that those two missions will come into direct conflict, since everyone's almost at Winterfell? As in, she'll have a chance to take out Stannis, but Stannis will be Sansa's only hope.
