This show is devoid of this kind of stuff, it's vapid and shallow and nothing at all like the books. There is no mystery to the hooded guy. He was most likely an extra in a wetsuit, as the guy who plays Dolorous Edd can't swim. This show isn't mysterious, guys. Littlefinger was talking about Lancel.
