I feel bad, but grateful that one person got it, proving it was possible. Clearly, 'small' makes people think 'child' and also 'dwarf', but I could hardly say 'little', could I? I don't think it would have made any difference to guessing. Small-minded, consistently annoying, but I suspect it was sticking a knife in Jon Snow's back that got him on this list.
