I used to copy paste them all into a Notepad document to keep track. I think only the last three are missing, actually, but anyway (these are copy pasted quotes): #11 Oberyn not killing the Mountain when he had a chance #12 Robb trusting Theon by sending him with an offer for Balon. 52pts 5 lists 18 2 #13 Renly making a separate bid for the throne instead of joining with Stannis. 49 pts 5 lists 17-4 #14 Jon reacts to the pink letter and constructs a rationale about how he can lead a force to rescue Arya but it won't be the NW as such etc etc. Ends up stabbed. Walder Frey carries out the Red Wedding 28 pts 2 lists high 15 low 13 I mean we know its gonna come back at him and his house 25.
