My husband and I are going to be camping in Rhode Island for several days next month, but we're flying and need to find equipment (which we can pick up anywhere between NYC and Providence). Sorry if this isn't an appropriate request for the board, but I've met many BWBers while traveling in the past decade, and organized meetups for BWBers passing through Denver, and hoped this would be a good way to work something out. Eponine Posted July 1, 2015 Author Share Posted July 1, 2015 She borrows hers, but recommended REI. The Rhode Island REI doesn't seem to do rentals, but I'm looking into other companies. I do not want to do one where they mail you the gear (often from CO/UT/AZ!) - it would be better to pack ours onto the plane, although we were hoping to avoid flying with that much stuff.
