Are Aeron's special abilities going to be a plot point?

Funnily enough, I thought of something else regarding the chapter where we find out about Aeron's super-urinating prowess after I read the TWOW Aeron chapter, two things, really.

1) Aeron won a ship in a pissing contest (yes, his absurd and ridiculous powers are very real, he got an Ironborn to fork over a ship on account of it, go read AFFC) and he wanted to mount a huge replica of a penis to the front as a ram (also not a joke, in-universe he didn't do it because Balon threatened to hang him off a mast for being a clown).

This might mean that for some reason him getting strapped to the prow of a ship before battle is some cruel cosmic irony/torment/punishment or something. IDK, once he wanted to strap a dick to the prow of his ship, but Balon wouldn't let him, now Balon is dead so a dick strapped him to the prow of his ship, tolololol GRRM.

BUT!

2) While the urination powers might even come in handy, the other, more important thing, was that he survived a doomed, stupid and pointless Ironborn adventure, washed up and was caught and imprisoned by the enemy. He was quite popular at Casterly Rock, he even mentions folks from several houses as people he happened to have entertained with his bladder antics.

There's a fair bit of chance this works out exactly the same way again.

For all his boasting and mutilating and manipulation folks, Euron's in a very stupid position tactically and somewhat likely to have his ass handed to him. And Aeron gets strapped to the prow just before the battle. The only other POW we could get of the battle is Sam, who's not that likely to be IN the battle, so what might happen is - battle plays out, the Ironborn lose, or both sides lose it due to some weird s**t Euron pulls, and Damphair ends up washing up. He gets recognized by someone who remembers him from the time they were imprisoned in casterly rock as the super-bladder guy, and he gets to tell Sam or other folks in Oldtown about what happened during the battle (makes particular sense if Euron pulls some cataclysmic thing and folks watching from Oldtown are left wondering wth happened).

Or even, Euron WINS the battle, but somehow Damphair ends up in the sea, and washes up in Oldtown which is about to be beseiged, and folks inside don't know wth is going on. So he tells them, and then Euron get's his ass kicked. Very likely quite unceremoniously by either Sam or Sarella putting an arrow through him - there's very good reason to believe Euron's a decoy villain and his megalomania sets him up to just get unceremoniously arrowed mid sentence and dropping dead. Would be perfect. 

Doesn't have to happen exactly like that - it's not set in stone - it's just that if it did happen somewhat like that it would make quite a bit of sense. That is unless Damphair is just dead after that chapter, which is quite likely, ofc.

I would say the drowning thing might be foreshadowing. Might Aeron drowned Euron? Sure, I get where you're going, I like it... but the pissing thing... No. At least I don't see it happening.
