And I guess they are the three heads. Not because of that their mothers died at birth, that's just a nice connection between them. Also, it has to be said: thousands of mothers in Westeros die in childbirth. It's not a rare thing. Maybe some other characters' mothers died at their birth, and we don't know yet. The only thing is, didn't a lot of women die giving birth during the medieval period, without the level of health care we have today?
