I think it's taken as read, but Jaqen H'ghar/Alchemist/Pate is way too mysterious for his own good. We don't know what his intentions are, but I can't imagine they are in any way noble. I find what Moqorro tells Victorian about the dragonbinding horn questionable. I just can't see him wanting Vic to really gain control of a dragon. Marwyn. If he really is going to seek out Dany, I don't think it's in her best interest. With his ties to blood magic and the things he says to Sam about how useful it would be to have the powers of Valyrian sorcerers, it's probably more likely that he wants the dragons.
