Gilgamesh_McCoolio
Don't forget that Roose kept sending the men under his command to die in traps, like when he ordered one of the Glover's to Duskendale and got him stuck in between Randyll Tarly and Gregor Clegane. It would be super obvious in retrospect.

JaegrM
Not unless someone in the know were to tell Robett that Robb did not give the order. Perhaps his brother or Mormont? I feel like Roose has covered his tracks quite well. Even "Jaime Lannister sends his regards" I feel is to mask the extent of his involvement and to give another the blame for his sins. The one to bring to light his crimes I think. will be Ramsay. Which I hope will lead to a Bolton showdown. Which, if I'm being honest, I hope will somehow lead to Roose surviving because I really enjoy reading about him.
