Been on the run for her life. Been captured, and forced to witness murder, rape and torture. Been repeatedly threatened with rape and torture. Been kidnapped. Been inducted into a death cult.All between the ages of 9 and 11.I think the point is that she successfully survived all of these things without being hurt or raped although so many people died and suffered during these things. such as Jenny Poole, who suffered much more than Arya without even a reason. His personal morality and general niceness might make him a good person, but it shouldn´t be seen as a shield from harm. One of the most important lessons in life is that everything has consequences - including being nice and if you are unwilling to compromise on what you think is right, then it might lead to cooperation issues.Noble actions that result in disasters does not make you a victim.
