Cersei and Jaime Targaryen Theory

Jaime and Cersei are actually Targaryens. Their father is Aerys and Joanna Lannister is their mother. Aerys always was strangely obsessed with Joanna, who actually returned his love. The affair with Aerys is motive for Tywin to kill Joanna or possibly banish her. (This is why he never talks about her, because he is still angry.) If Tywin was merciful and only banished her instead of killing her, she might actually be Septa Lemore and is trying to return to Westeros with Aegon to get revenge on Tywin and the rest of the Lannisters. Also, this would explain why Jaime and Cersei were lovers because they are actually Targaryens, because Targaryens wed brothers and sisters forever. This also proves why Targaryen siblings loved each other because they subconsciously had mutual attractions for one another.

Firstly there are countless threads on this subject. We don't know that Joanna returned his love, the only mention of this is in the world book by a dubious Maester. There is actually little evidence to suggest Cersei and Jaime are Targaryens apart from sharing similar traits (incest, madness).

the whole affair (if it even happened) all occurred before the marriage of Tywin and Joanna. Tywin didn't hate Joanna or want to murder her, he loved her deeply. His wedding day was the only day he smiled.

Joanna died in childbirth with Tyrion not in some secret conspiracy of tyWin banishing her and exiling her to Essos. There's no way Tywin could fake the hatred and disdain he felt towards Tyrion causing her death.

theres no evidence to suggest at all Septa Lemore is Joanna and Lemore certainly doesn't seem angry or evil. Besides who would she get revenge on? Tywin is dead already the only remaining Lannisters are her children...

The short answer is that if there is Targaryen contamination in the Lannister bloodline then it probably has more to do with Aerys being Tyrion's father. The timeline works out better, Aerys only starts seeing Joanna a lot after she marries Twin, and by then Jamie and Cersei are already on their way.
