Also, if Dunk and Egg count (And they should if people like Rhaegar do) Dunk probably lied about being knighted which leads to the next one: Why the hell did Arlan not knight Dunk? (But that was to protect Bran so this can be forgiven). Bran - He skinchanges Hodor for completely selfish reasons. He also send beets to the Walders; he is such a bully. And he does not listen to his mother. Robb - He sometimes says things without realizing what of effect this has on people, f.e. the one time he yelled to Theon. Theon is really upset by this while Robb has completely forgotten this aspect of the incident and only remembers Bran was saved by Theon. Manderley & The Wull - They are kind of vengeful (for which I love them) Ned - Ned was blind to the true danger in KL aka Littlefinger. Jaime - He pushed my favorite human from the tower.
