SubPress copy includes artist chapbook SubPress copies of Game of Thrones, Storm of Swords (including signed bookmarks), Feast of Crows (including artist chapbook), Dance with Dragons. All copies #249. Plus, I have two versions of the 2009 calendar, one is still sealed and the other is the signed limited edition of 250 by Martin.
