I see a few grateful dead tunes, I can't believe nobody has said mountains of the moon yet. It fits perfect! Especially the part about all the dancing kings and wives..

I'll post a link below so you can take a listen.. It even sounds like it belongs in this world..

Someone already wrote this in a similar thread, but "Seven Nation Army" is perfect for ASOIAF. It would fit for several characters that have been fighting against all of Westeros, have been trying or are going to do so in the future; The Night's King, Aegon the Conqueror, Robert Baratheon(not all of Westeros but you get it) and so forth

 

I also think it could be a really good song for Arya("And I'm talking to myself at night because I can't forget" etc. "Everyone knows about it. From the Queen of England to the hounds of hell" makes me think of Cersei and the Cleganes, BTW, which would also fit in with Arya's vengeance arc.)

Not sure if someone said this already, I haven't been through all the replies but

Broken Crown by Mumford & Sons

It could apply to multiple characters, mostly Starks such as Ned, Robb and Jon. 
However lots of Mumford & Sons songs remind me of ASOIAF and it's characters.)

Believe (Davos, Stannis, Sansa, basically any character that isn't sure of what they believe or who they are.)
Hopeless Wanderer (Arya, The Hound, Tyrion, any character that feels hopeless, or that they don't belong, and wanders.)
Little Lion Man (Tyrion, basically the perfect song for him. Could apply to Jaime as well.)
Winter Winds (Jon, Sam, Robb, characters in the North who struggle with love and the circumstances like Jon and Sam being in the Night's Watch and loving wildlings and Robb being already betrothed to another woman.)
Liar (Theon, Tyrion, characters who are seen as cowards and liars.)
Lovers Eyes (Jon, Sam, Robb, same as Winter Winds basically. Characters who are in love and struggle with it.)
Sigh No More (Cersei & Jaime, Jon & Ygritte, couples whose love brings out the best in each others lives.)
Timshel (Jon & Sam, Bran & Meera, strong friendships.)

I think the funniest one I can think of for Melisandre would be "This little light of mine". At least I think it's funny. Like I think this is hilarious listening to it and thinking of her

 

Off the top of the head some others would be:

"I'm Coming Home" by Diddy ft Skylar Grey is Dany's theme song as she's flying to Westeros. 

"Day n Night" by Kid Cudi can fit Arya right now if you change the gender of the song. Basically it's all about being alone.

"Sweet Child O' Mine" by Guns N' Roses seems like it could fit LittleFinger thinking of Sansa. 

"Knocking on Heaven Door" by Guns N' Roses fits Jon well.

I can see why you would think of Ramsay.  Though when I listened to it Aerys II came to my mind.  

Another Hamilton song that made think of ASOIAF was "Washington On Your Side."  While its lyrics may not be directly applicable I think the spirit and sentiment really capture how Marsh and his faction feel about Jon.
