Knight Of Winter
No, and and don't know what possibly could be the source for this. Ned was killed 4 books ago and will stay dead.

A bowl of brown
I mean maybe in more of brans flashback visions. In a literal living sense, not so much.

Valyrian Blade
He's like the most mentioned character in the books so he's alive in essence!
Eden-Mackenzie
I'm guessing OP is talking about the show - casted a young Ned, so no doubt we will soon have the "truth" about the Tower of Joy

Kaibaman
Well if his spirit was transferred into the Weirwood net then Bran can at least be reunited with him.
Trogdor Targaryen
He's gonna be a headless wight, but no one will recognize him cause he is just bones now and again, no head. He is basically just gonna get a sword and go down to the crypts.
Hugorfonics
If you want, I can confirm it. Though I think that would be meaningless

His head was publicly and irreversibly removed from his body then stuck on a spike on the city walls. Birds ate his eyes and other soft bits of his face. Tyrion arrived, removed his head from the spike and gave the head and body to the Silent Sisters, who removed the flesh from the bones and then transported them North, where they are currently crushing a game of hide and seek. But sure, he's totally coming back. Ned never cared for his wife and kids, so he was just biding his time until they are all dead so he could return and take Robert up on his offer to move to Essos and join a sellsword company. It has not been and never will be confirmed because it ain't gonna happen. It's confirmed that he's dead because in the show the character was played by Sean Bean, who specializes in roles that get killed off. (OK, the show isn't actually canon, but Season 1 didn't diverge too much from the books.)
Brianstorm
I wouldn't be surprised if his bones were used in a glamour, if that counts.
